1. About Streamwears

Streamwears is an iPhone application that helps users livestream using either their iPhone camera or compatible Meta smart glasses. Users may connect supported third-party streaming services from inside the app.

2. Information Streamwears Does Not Sell

Streamwears does not sell your personal information. Streamwears does not use your personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

Streamwears may store information locally on your device that is needed to operate the app. This may include app preferences, streaming settings, connection settings, access status and authentication credentials.

Sensitive authentication information may be stored using security mechanisms provided by iOS, including the iOS Keychain.

4. Streaming Platform Connections

If you choose to connect a supported streaming service, Streamwears may use that service's authorization process so you can approve the access needed for supported livestreaming features.

For supported integrations, Streamwears may simplify setup so that you do not need to manually locate or enter server information or stream credentials during the normal connection flow.

Information exchanged with a connected streaming service is also subject to that service's own terms, privacy policy and account settings.

5. Meta Smart Glasses

If you choose to use compatible Meta smart glasses, Streamwears may communicate with Meta software, frameworks or services as necessary to provide supported smart-glasses functionality.

Use of Meta products and services is also subject to Meta's own terms, privacy practices and device settings.

Meta smart glasses are optional. Streamwears can also use the iPhone camera as a video source for supported livestreaming features.

6. Camera and Microphone

Streamwears may request access to your camera and microphone when those permissions are needed for preview, recording-related functionality or livestreaming.

Camera and microphone access is controlled by iOS permissions. You can review or change these permissions in your iPhone settings.

Streamwears does not operate a Streamwears-hosted video library that stores copies of your livestreams.

When you choose to livestream, audio and video are transmitted as needed to deliver the livestream to the streaming destination you selected.

Your selected streaming platform may independently save, archive, process or retain broadcasts according to your settings with that service.

7. Account and Sign-In Use

Streamwears does not require a separate Streamwears account just to open and use the app's basic interface.

If a feature requires a third-party service, you may be asked to sign in to that service so you can authorize the connection.

8. Analytics and Advertising

Streamwears does not use your information to create advertising profiles and does not sell user information to advertisers.

If Streamwears later adds analytics, crash reporting or similar services that change how information is processed, this policy will be updated to describe that use.

9. Third-Party Services

Streamwears may integrate with third-party products and services. Those third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms and account settings.

Streamwears is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or any third-party streaming platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Security

Streamwears uses platform security features where appropriate to protect locally stored credentials and other sensitive application information.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children's Privacy

Streamwears is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Users must also comply with the age requirements of any connected third-party service.

12. Your Choices and Controls

Depending on the features you use, you may be able to:

• Allow or deny camera access in iOS Settings.
• Allow or deny microphone access in iOS Settings.
• Choose whether to connect compatible Meta smart glasses.
• Choose whether to connect a supported streaming platform.
• Disconnect supported third-party accounts from Streamwears.
• Manage connected-platform privacy settings directly with that provider.

13. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Streamwears develops, adds streaming destinations or introduces new functionality. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
