📱

Use Your iPhone Camera

Meta smart glasses are optional. You can use the iPhone camera as your video source for supported Streamwears livestreaming features.

If the camera does not appear, confirm Streamwears has camera permission in iOS Settings and then reopen the preview.

👓

Connect Your Meta Smart Glasses

Make sure your compatible Meta smart glasses are powered on, near your iPhone and available through the required Meta software.

Open Streamwears and follow the smart-glasses connection options provided inside the app.

🟣

Connect Twitch

Streamwears is designed to simplify Twitch connection and avoid the normal process of manually searching for RTMP server information.

  1. Open Streamwears.
  2. Choose Twitch from the supported streaming options.
  3. Tap Connect Twitch.
  4. Sign in to your Twitch account.
  5. Review and approve the requested permissions.
  6. Return to Streamwears.
  7. Select your camera source and prepare your stream.
  8. Go live when ready.

During the normal Streamwears connection flow, you should not need to manually copy a Twitch stream key or search for an RTMP server URL.

📷

Camera Preview

If a preview is not appearing, first confirm your selected camera source is available.

For iPhone camera use, confirm camera permission is enabled. For compatible Meta smart glasses, confirm the glasses are connected through the required Meta software and are available to Streamwears.

Then return to Streamwears and start the preview again.

🎙️

Camera & Microphone Permissions

Streamwears may need camera, microphone, Bluetooth or other system permissions depending on the source and features you use.

On iPhone, open Settings and review Streamwears permissions if a feature is not working as expected.

🔴

Can't Go Live?

Confirm your selected streaming service is connected, your camera source is ready, your internet connection is stable and the app shows the required services as available.

If you recently changed your streaming-platform password, revoked Streamwears access or disconnected an account, reconnect that service inside Streamwears.

🔐

Sign-In & Access

Streamwears does not require a separate Streamwears account just to open and explore the app.

If you choose a feature that depends on a third-party streaming service, that service may require you to sign in and authorize Streamwears.
